Composition and structure of nickel-based alloy steel plate

Nickel-based alloy steel plate refers to an alloy material that uses nickel as the basic element and improves its properties by adding other alloy elements. Here are some common alloying elements and their roles:

1. Nickel (Ni):
- Main elements, providing basic properties of materials, such as high temperature strength, corrosion resistance, etc.

2. Chromium (Cr):

The crystal structure of nickel-based alloy steel plates is usually a face-centered cubic structure or a body-centered cubic structure, which has good thermal stability and mechanical properties. This crystal structure allows the nickel-based alloy steel plate to maintain good strength and toughness in high-temperature environments, and at the same time has excellent corrosion resistance, making it suitable for engineering applications in various extreme environments.
