0Cr18Ni10Ti Stainless Steel Composition & Titanium‑Stabilized Properties

0Cr18Ni10Ti is a titanium‑stabilized austenitic stainless steel specified in GB/T 4237 and GB/T 4238, comparable to international Grade 321. It contains 17–19% chromium and 9–12% nickel with titanium additions that prevent carbide precipitation during welding and elevated‑temperature service.

The grade offers excellent corrosion resistance, weldability, and thermal stability for long‑term service between 500°C and 800°C. Typical applications include boilers, heat exchangers, exhaust systems, petrochemical equipment, and high‑temperature piping.

0Cr18Ni10Ti is supplied in sheets, plates, tubes, bars, and coils for thermal processing, pressure equipment, and industrial engineering projects.
